A 30m wetland allowance polygon layer that identifies lands where development could interfere with the function of a wetland.
<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This feature class depicts areas regulated by the Authority as 'Other Areas' under the Generic Regulation of the Conservation Authorities Act known as Ontario Regulation 97/04. In the NPCA's implementation 'Other Areas' specifically means a 30m wetland allowance that identifies lands where development could interfere with the function of a wetland. Please note that the extent of the allowance data only corresponds to the associated regulated wetlands that are currently mapped and is not an exhaustive inventory of this regulation feature. There are both regulated wetland and wetland allowances not mapped that are covered by the text of the regulation.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
